Capability
Training and Awareness
Help leaders and teams understand requirements, apply them to their roles and take ownership of your management system.
When this support helps
Documents alone do not build capability. Training connects requirements to the decisions, activities and evidence expected in everyday work.
Who we work with
Business owners, executives, SHEQ (safety, health, environment and quality) managers, process owners and operational teams in private, public and non-profit organisations. The scope is proportionate to your organisation, risks and objectives.
What your engagement can include
- ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 awareness
- Executive and leadership briefings
- Process-owner and implementation-team workshops
- Internal auditor development
- Risk, incident, nonconformity and root-cause workshops
Practical deliverables
- Context-specific training materials and practical exercises
- Attendance evidence and identified competence actions
- Customised on-site or virtual programmes, with scope agreed for your team
A structured approach, built around you
We assess your context, design a proportionate scope, implement agreed controls, embed capability, review evidence and support continual improvement. Specific outputs are agreed before work begins.
Common questions
What should we prepare?
Share your main concerns, intended scope and any relevant audit timing. Existing process information and previous findings can help define the work; confidential documents are not needed with your initial enquiry.
Does this provide independent certification?
No. Lesechaba supports implementation, internal assurance and readiness. Independent certification, where required, is performed by an appropriately accredited certification body. No audit result or certification outcome is guaranteed.
How are timing and delivery agreed?
The scope, operating context and needs of your team determine the delivery plan. These are agreed following a discussion of your requirements.
