Dawn Cebekhulu is the founder of Lesechaba Services and an ISO SHEQ consultant, internal auditor and training facilitator. SHEQ brings together safety, health, environment and quality.

Her work spans quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. She helps organisations translate requirements into practical processes, support their teams and prepare for audits.

Dawn’s professional work includes developing and auditing integrated management systems, facilitating training, supporting internal audit programmes and helping organisations prepare for external certification.

Through Lesechaba Services, she brings a practical approach to strengthening systems and improving everyday performance. The focus is on clear responsibilities, useful evidence and knowledge that teams can put to work.

Dawn is a wife and mother as well as a business leader. As a Black woman leading Lesechaba Services, she shows that it is possible to build a business rooted in both professional excellence and care for people. Her commitment to her family and her work is an encouragement to others pursuing their own ambitions.
